Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped, provided that no tassels, fall or edging (pico) have been added on your request.
- If cancelled, a 5% processing charges will be deducted from the Product Cost..
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Item must be returned in original packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order items (e.g. tassels, edging, pico) are not eligible for return.
- Sarees above ₹20,000 and pre-orders are non-returnable unless defective.
- If there is any damage or defect, we will offer a free exchange or full refund upon verification.
Return Process
- Contact us at sales@aurabenaras.com or call +91-9793640454 / +91-9005223019 within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
- Please include your order number and photos (if damaged or incorrect).
- Once approved, return the item within 7-8 working days.
- Refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping Costs
- We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
- In case of returns then 10% charges will be deducted from the Product Cost. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- For COD orders: If the parcel is refused, advance payment will not be refunded.
Note on Handcrafted Products
Slight variations in color or texture are natural in handwoven products. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
